Decanter bowl and scroll drive system

In fully hydraulic drive systems, the decanter scroll and bowl are hydraulically driven. A fully hydraulic unit can be used to carry out infinitely variable control of the decanter bowl and scroll speed.

In the pump unit, a hydraulic pump assembly (consisting of two pumps) is driven by an electric motor. Each working circuit has its own pump, whose oil flow to the ROTODIFF or bowl drive is controlled by a control block. The two independent hydraulic operating pressure circuits contain all adjusting components and safety valves.

It is possible to select between three control systems depending on the requirement:

• E-C control system
