Maintenance, service and prevention

Maintenance contracts or regular inspections of your system at different intervals are preventive measures that ensure a seamless process flow. (inspections, biannual to triannual audits.)

System overhauls of the pump and ROTODIFF®

The overhaul intervals depend on the specific application (average working pressure, ambient temperature etc.).

Periodic maintenance

The maintenance intervals of the drives are directly related to the individual operating conditions. Viscotherm recommends performing oil analyses periodically (approx. every 6 months). Maintenance intervals must be adjusted individually on any system depending on the oil analyses.

An overhaul is necessary when there is a drop in the efficiency of the pump or ROTODIFF, as checked during routine servicing. We recommend letting our expert personnel perform this overhaul work.
